There is much more to this stage than simply establishing the ideal candidate's desired background and skills. We also need to determine some of the softer qualities the candidates must possess, for example personality, operating style and cultural fit.
One of our researchers, who will normally have been involved in the briefing discussions, will progress your assignment in its early stages by identifying and contacting potential candidates through our existing network of contacts, referrals and also straightforward investigative work. Your consultant will then screen possible contenders for inclusion on your shortlist.
