The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Good experience in another bureaux lender, debt collection agency, consulting discipline etc
  • Good analytical Skills and exposure to complex data, strategy development etc specialising in the collections and recoveries space.
  • Good exposure to credit scoring, methodologies segmentation, optimisation etc
  • Ability to interact with senior executives and also analytical data users
  • Good client skills (e.g. Presentations, reporting, and networking etc)
  • People management responsibilities
  • Role will report directly into the head of, and offers a clearly defined and structured career path.

Business Consultants from a Collections and Recoveries background would be considered advantageous
