HR Business Partner
The Background
A large corporate organisation working within the financial services arena is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its organisation. The role will give you the opportunity to tackle challenging, interesting and varied portfolios of work.
The Role
The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior business managers of a specified business unit to help shape the business strategy and agenda. The role will focus on deploying the HR strategy and aligning HR activity with the business strategy including co-ordination of HR products, processes and services.
You will provide a focussed and strategic HR guidance and advice service based on a thorough understanding of the business, its challenges, people risks and the appropriate HR interventions, drawing upon available MI where appropriate.
This role will effectively contribute to the functional and business goals through provision of a high quality business focussed and professional HR service. My client is seeking a true HR generalist as this leading organisation is experiencing a significant amount of change.
The Person
Of graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified you will have proven experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders together with the ability to translate strategy into capability terms for the business. Fundamentally you will be flexible and pragmatic in your approach whilst maintaining core values and principles of HR policy and good practice. Experience within Financial Services would also be advantageous.
