Assistant Digital Manager Social Media

Definition:

Digital Banking’s vision is to be the pioneer in digital relationship banking recognised as the best in Europe in the way digital technologies are used to serve our customers across channels - Internet, SMS and Mobile.  Creating customer recommendation whilst removing more cost from the organisation and generating more income right across the Group.

 The social media team will be accountable for developing and harnessing the exciting area of social media for Lloyds Banking Group.  This is an area growing exponentially in importance to our customers the team will shape

and implement the Groups strategy to maximise value generation from social media across the Group.  The team will also act as a pioneer for the Group to identify and implement social media capability.

Accountabilities

  • Act as a pioneer for the Group to identify and implement social media capability.
  • Accountability for LBGs presence on a key social media channel e.g. Facebook, Twitter,
  • Provide insight for the Group from ‘listening’ to social media
  • Manage and develop the Group’s ‘review profile’
  • Conduct hand-over of social media capability to BAU at appropriate timing
