We appointed MGMS International in early 2007 to assist with recruiting Associates/Associate Directors to fill specific roles in our company. The process was successful, leading to the appointment of two senior people. Throughout the process, MGMS kept us fully informed on progress, they delivered against the target programme, negotiated successfully, and managed expectations on both sides to ensure satisfactory appointments. MGMS maintained contact with the candidates until after they started work to steady any second thoughts. It was the first time we had used this approach for recruitment, the process was very successful and we would be pleased to work with MGMS again.
